Daily Wanderer (DW)
Mobility, balance, and strength for everyday. A great place to start, if you’re a newbie
Daily Wanderer retrains the body for the real demands of everyday life: kneeling, balancing, turning, reaching, bending, getting up and down with ease and confidence. Instead of focusing on poses or flexibility, this class focuses on improving how your body moves in real life.
Through intentional movement, balance exploration, and gradual strengthening, we train the body to move as a connected whole—responsive, coordinated, and steady. You'll restore confidence, tolerate stress on body parts, and build body resilience to pre-empt injuries.
No yoga experience, flexibility, or special knowledge required. Daily Wanderer is about meeting your body where it is, and building the strength, coordination, and awareness to improve your "daily wanderings"!!!
Hatha (Ha-Tha)
You Are Currently Practicing
Hatha Yoga is the union of opposing forces.
-
Ha = Sun (masculine, active, pranic energy)
-
Tha = Moon (feminine, receptive, calm energy)
-
Yoga = Union or integration
So Hatha Yoga literally means “the yoga of balancing and uniting opposites” — sun and moon, effort and surrender, body and mind, prana (energy) and consciousness.
This is our fundamental offering which aims to balance opposing energies — strength and flexibility by mixing static and dynamic poses. We push you to the highest point of your strength and end with you being fully relaxed. It is everything familiar and yet rejuvenating each time you practice.
Foundational (F/n)
You have some yoga experience
Sometimes one should revisit the basics. This is that class. It is going “home” and rediscovering yoga. If you’ve prior experience with yoga, your practice will benefit from taking the time to introspect. We focus on one of the foundational concepts at a time, for example we will take inversions and explore it from various perspectives.
Each class we will go over different foundational poses and their purpose. Every pose has a purpose in yoga, sometimes multiple purposes. And when you become aware of that, you will naturally know how to be present in that pose. We discuss how to modify while staying true to the integrity of the asana. How to achieve the benefits of the asana for your specific body, while modifying if required.
You will build strength, flexibility, and most definitely your awareness as you progress.
Surya Pranam ++ (SP++)
You Enjoy Heart Pumping Yoga
If you crave the dynamic, rapid movement of a vinyasa flow, this one is for you.
We build on the classic Sun salutation of Hatha Yoga with its perfect balance of 12 asanas. This foundational sequence is scientifically balanced to work every body part by flowing through a sequence of poses and their balancing counter-poses. We take this foundational sequence and oomph it up a few notches. Within each flow, there is an additional twist.
This is a heart pumping, energizing, dynamic class. You’ll be sweating buckets, no heated room necessary!

Strengthened Intention (Si)
Dealing With Injuries
The intention is there, although the strength may be lacking, due to injury or weakness.
This class is about using yogic tools for supporting aging, as the connective tissues naturally stiffen. The aim is consistency over intensity, and not forcing range of motion. We address the common ailments of balance, poor circulation, and arthritis. Release chronic tension and pain in the neck, back and hips. Focus on supporting bone health by improving balance, strength, posture, and flexibility.
This class will end with a Yoga-Nidra session, which also incorporates elements of somatic healing. The introspective stretch-release cycles which is typical of somatic yoga will help with releasing habitual tension patterns. This will be followed by Yoga Nidra stillness providing emotional release and deep nervous system reset.
Yog-Nidra (YN)
Power Nap Yoga
Yoga-nidra trains the nervous system to stay relaxed by enhancing body awareness.
Through the power of deep relaxation and non-doing, we access the parasympathetic nervous system and the innermost layers of the mind.
Gracious Wanderer (GW)
Relaxing Yoga For All
Some days you just want to relax. The intention of showing up is enough for this class, all we ask is for you to bring along a blanket.
We will hold poses longer, and relax into them. You will appreciate the gentle shift that happens deep inside. And take the time to observe, notice the changes in how we move, feel and connect even deeper with ourselves.
There will be special pranayamas (breathing) which focus on relaxing techniques. We will blend relaxing breathing techniques within the asanas. This class will give you the time and space to release tension and reconnect with yourself. This class is the perfect embodiment of - Yoga is not a work-out, but a work-in.
We end the class with a long yoga-nidra session, where its you and your blanket on the mat, as you are gently guided to access the parasympathetic nervous system and the deeper layers of the mind
This class is equally split between asanas, pranayam and yoga-nidra.
